Apartments: initial bed linen change with out service; rooms: regular bed and bath linen change.
Water, electricity, gas.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
Final apartment cleaning (obligatory): € 25 one-room units; € 30 two-room units; € 40 three-room units. Kitchenette and dishes must be left in clean condition at departure, otherwise additional € 25 will be charged.
RESIDENCE SUPPLEMENTS: extra bed € 70/week in low season; € 110 in The rest of the year to be paid on site.
DISCOUNTS: third bed children ages 2-8 40%; third/fourth bed adults 20%.
HOTEL SUPPLEMENTS: full board: € 72 in low and medium season; € 83 in The rest of the year, per person per week to be paid on site. Child’s cot (obligatory ages 0-2) € 30/week + extra meals to be paid on site (for half- or full-board). Single room (on request): 30% excluding in high season.
Prices are per person per week and include: Stay, breakfast and dinner at the Residence, excluding beverages.

PAYMENT METHODS
Upon booking:
Send 30% deposit by bank transfer, postal order or cheque.
Upon arrival:
€ 70 security deposit/room; € 120/apartment
and balance paid by cash or cheque
At departure return of security deposit
