
The villa is located in Terranova di Pisticci (Matera) on the first marine terrace of the middle Ionian Sea in the heart of Magna Grecia. The villa is about 10 minutes from the sea, where you’ll find beautiful sandy beaches that stretch for kilometres and kilometres , equipped with beach concessions as well as free-access beaches.
The villa was built in the early 1980s and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious sitting room, eat-in kitchen, covered porticoes, open terrace (solarium), ornamental garden with various plants and lawn, pizza oven and barbecue. The house has a total area of 320 sq m and can accommodate from 6 to 10 guests; the outdoor space measures 1000 sq m. The entire complex is set in an organic fruit orchard: you can pick lemons, oranges, mandarins and grapefruits until May; or pears, apricots, loquats, plums, cherries, figs and prickly pears can in season as well. In addition, there are several majestic, centuries-old oak trees.
