Booking is confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 40% of the total cost to be made within 3 days of booking by phone. Balance to be paid upon arrival.
Security deposit: ? 200,00. The confirmation deposit in non-refundable (in case of no-show or early departure). For stay of one week or more, there is a final cleaning fee of ? 40.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Week-long stays in July and August go from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am.
