In front of the
Aeolian islands in the sea south of
Tropea, there are a series of ravines dotted with pristine beaches which direct you to a small gulf immersed in Mediterranean vegetation. An
antique water mill has been transformed into a
villa on the sea between the
Vatican Cape and the reefs of the
Grotto of the Sirens and here there are
two independent two-room flats with direct access to the sea, swimming pool, garden, solarium, billiard room, reading room, video room, bar and the possibility to dock in boats up to 12 mt. in length. There are winding paths and grottos between Tropea and Loppolo, along with white sands reachable only from the sea. For those who love fishing, it is possible to tow-fish for tuna and other native species. For scuba divers, the deep waters of Cape Vatican are multi-coloured and unforgettable. The residential complex is divided into twenty
apartments, all with views of the sea. The beaches are only about ten metres away and the swimming pool is at the centre of the structure. The entertainment areas are located in front of the swimming pool. The
apartments are independent and offer full amenities, kitchen area, air conditioning, a terrace or garden with a view of the sea and sleep from two to six people.
