The farm-house Il BORGHETTO nestles in the heart of the Sele plain, surrounded by the colours of an untouched nature, by the fascinating archaeological remains of Paestum, by the gentle marine breeze and the natural taste of an authentic gastronomy.

Thanks to a good geographic position you can combine the tranquillity of a sea and countryside holiday with excursions to the wonderful places in Campania. Some of the availible excursions are to Paestum, Salerno, Naples, Amalfi, Positano, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Sorrento, Capri, Ischia, Caserta and Padula.

The farm has large and comfortable bedrooms and several other rooms where you can take your meals and relax. Surrounding this there are 15000 metres of gardens dominated by age-old olive trees and a swimming-pool  which is wonderfully refreshing during the summer.

Surrounding the farm-house there is our oil and olive production extended in 15 hectares with 6000 olive trees. We produce a small amount of biologically grown vegetables and fruits solely for our guests. 

Our attention to the development of natural products is always joined with a respect for the environment, using solar power to produce warm water and electricity. We also respect farmers rights to a fair price and so use fair-trade coffee, tee, sugar and cacao.
