Immersed in a spacious garden of 10000 sq. mt., Villa Patrizia welcomes its guests in a totally quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Its garden, extremely well-tended with every detail from the family that ownes it, offers an attractive scenery: tall trees, a charming, little lake with white water lilies and goldfishes, for everyone who likes romantic walks, far away from the chaotic sounds of the city.Villa Patrizia offers at the guests a large square-shaped swimming pool (15x7 mt), equipped with sunbeds, tables, chairs and shower. The swimming pool is well-finished with every detail: the outer floor, made with elegant cotto tiles, the beautiful lawn surrounding the swimming pool, well-tended with nice wild flowers emanating a heady scent.Villa Patrizia was built over an old country cottage in the '70s by the owners. They built Villa Patrizia as an ideal destination both for families searching for relax and rest, and for younger people wishing a large pool, a wonderful house and a whole garden at their disposal. The owners like attending by themselves of the whole Villa, and always try to improve its comforts.

Villa Patrizia is located in the heart of the hills of Latium, near Carbognano, a nice and small village close to Viterbo, 400 mt. Over the level of the sea. Carbognano is an ancient village of Etruscan or Roman origins. It has a strategic position, allowing to reach the most interesting and important places of the region in a little time.

As much closer is the lake of Vico, transparent and with clean waters on which reflect the mountains of Fogliano and the mountain of Venere, a restricted territory where are concentrated different ecological circumstances. In the top you can find a large forest of chestnut trees, oaks, and a beechwood that dwell an incredible variety of birds and mammals.

In only 60 minutes, you can reach Tarquinia, a famous historical and turistical village. It was one of the first Etruscan settlement and it's possible visit the Etruscan necropolis of Monterozzi that has a large amount of burial mounds with stone-made rooms, which contain the most important frescoes of the Etruscan art. These are also the biggest testimony of the pre-imperial Roman age.

In the surroundings of Carbognano there are others archeological sites like Sutri or the famous Palazzo Farnese.
