BED AND BREAKFAST CENTRE OF ROME - NEAR VATICAN - ROOMS WITH AIR CONDITION - PARKING - BICYCLES

Our Bed & Breakfast is located in the northwestern portino of Rome, inside the Grande Raccordo Anulare (Ring Road) adjacent to Via Trionfale, an important urban artery that leads directly to the Vatican.
Our excellent position (just 80 metres from the Ottavia station of the FM3 Metro) makes it easy to reach the centre of the city, Saint Peter’s and Trastervere in a few minutes and without needing to transfer. The S. Filippo Neri Hospital and Gemelli Polyclinic are 3 and 5 minutes by Metro, respectively, both having stops right in front of their entrance.
A completely refurbished villa houses the B&B, offering tranquillity, comfort and plenty of lush vegetation; this is one of the few places in Rome where, in spring, you can still see and hear swallows overhead. Shops, restaurants, banks and supermarkets and a shopping centre are in the immediate vicinity. The interior spaces are warm and cosy with reminders of the countryside. Common rooms and bedrooms have been decorated using pieces from the past, as much as possible.
The B&B: the abundant and well-prepared breakfast can be either continental or English-style and it is served in the breakfast room or, when weather permits, on the veranda facing the garden which is always available for guest use, as is the barbecue. An ADSL high-speed Internet point is available in the sitting room.
For our guests who arrive by car, an off-street parking place can be reserved free of charge; bicycles are also available.
Our rooms are comfortable and cosy and can have either private or shared bathroom.
In addition, the rooms have air-conditioning, mini fridge, DVD player and a large selection of films.
When you arrive, we’ll give you keys for both the house and your room so that you are free to come and go as you wish.
