Villa Contessa is a luxurious home immersed in the green hills of the Marche, a few minutes from the Adriatic coast (3 km from the sea). Its location makes it ideal for any type of vacation: sea, countryside, wine and gastronomy, arts and entertainment merge in a unique and fascinating territory. The structure, which dates back to 1800, can comfortably accommodate up to eight people and extends over two floors. The ground floor is the kitchen equipped with all modern comforts (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and microwave), a large hall decorated with fine antique furniture with dining area, a studio with piano (possibility for Internet), and a bathroom for guests. On the first floor extends the sleeping area with two elegant double bedrooms each with private bathroom (with double sink, shower, bidet and water) and a terrace from which you can admire the sea in the distance, two doubles and third bathroom ( with double sink, shower, tub, bidet and water). The villa is surrounded by a large park with pine trees and olive groves and enjoys a magnificent view over the surrounding hills. The property is also produces an excellent extra virgin olive oil that all customers receive on their arrival in villa as a gift.

The splendid swimming pool, can also be used in the evening thanks to the lighting at its disposal, is equipped with comfortable beds, outdoor shower and locker room. Next to the kitchen opens onto a terrace garden with a barbecue and a table for eight seats ideal for outdoor dining during the warm summer evenings. Two mountain-bikes are available for the guests. From Fano, you can quickly reach many places of great artistic and historical interest such as Urbino (58 km), Gubbio (km 75), the castles of Gradara (km 30) and Mondavio (km 35), and the beautiful village of Montegridolfo (km 35).
