SERVICES INCLUDED
FOR APARTMENTS:Towels will be exchanged all 3 days, bed linen weekly. All energy costs and the final cleaning.
FOR ROOMS: Towels will be exchanged all 3 days, bed linen weekly. The costs for cosumptio of energy, water and heating in the winter period.
BREAKFAST
Children up to 3 years are our guests.

LOW SEASON SPECIAL: 5 % discount for minimum stays of 7 nights
Dogs pay 8,00 € per stay.
Single travellers pay 35,- € in the low and 40,- in the middle season.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
The rooms and apartments are surely ready by 4.00 p.m, but very often even before noon. Tell us when you intend to arrive and we'll try to have it ready then. The day of departure we kindly ask our guests to leave the rooms before 10:00 a.m. in the high season. In the low season we can be more flexible. Just ask us.
