"Casetta" is a cosy two bedroom cottage. Entering in to the living area through the covered terrace, there is a kitchenette on the right hand side.The dining area is furnished with a sofa and a table with four chairs. The lounge is fully equipped with TV sat, CD player and a DVD.From the lounge a small corridor leads to the two bedrooms and a bathroom. To the left is a small bedroom . To the right is the pretty pink double bedroom with antique style furniture. The bathroom has a large shower and a window. The covered terrace is fully furnished with table, four chairs and a BBQ. Here it is possible to dine al fresco while admiring the superb views of Badia a Passignano and the Tuscan hills all around. The cottage is enclosed by a small private garden .

 It's situated entirely on the ground floor with private entrance.The front door opens directly into the lounge area, which has a paved stone floor and a lovely brick vaulted ceiling. The lounge is confortably furnished with sofa, armchair and coffe table with a large flat screen TV with satellite channels and dvd.

A brick archway leads through to the modern fitted kitchen with gas hobs, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher . To one side there is a dining table and two chairs set under the archway.

To the left of the kitchen is the bedroom with double bed and ornate headboard, there is a large painted wardrobe and matching side tables. In one corner is an old fashioned wash stand. The bathroom is also accessed from the kitchen and has a double ended roll top bath with ball and claw feet with hand held shower, a separate corner shower, WC and basin.

"Il Gelso" has its own private garden with two terraces one of which is covered, providing welcome shade during the heat of the day. There is a table, chairs and a barbeque for outside dining, and there are brightly planted terracotta pots dotted around.
