Weekly change of linens and housekeeping; electricity, gas .

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
Prices for half-board and/or dinner do not include beverages.
SUPPLEMENTS
Extra bed + breakfast for child (ages 1-8): € 25.
Extra bed + breakfast for adult: € 25.
Dinner: adults € 20 (excluding beverages); children (ages 1-8) € 10.
Double room for single use: + 50% of per person price.

PAYMENT METHODS
Upon booking:
Send 20% deposit by credit card, bank transfer, postal order.
At departure, pay bilance by:
cash, cheque, credit card (PayPall)
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations are valid once the confirming deposit has been made.
The amount of deposit (generally 20% total estimated cost of stay) will be indicated at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation, please notify at least three days prior to arrival.
If notification takes place less than three prior to arrival, the confirming deposit will not be returned but can be applied toward other dates (based on availability) .
During high season, reservations for periods of at least 7 days and with half-board will be given preference (with the exception of Sundays when the restaurant is closed for dinner).
The weekly price is applicable only for stays from Saturday to Saturday; otherwise the daily cost will be applied.
EARLY DEPARTURE
In case of early departure (with respect to reservation dates), the entire booked period will be charged without return of the confirming deposit.
Reservations including half-board, under these same conditions, will be charged in full even if not all meals were consumed.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 2 pm (check-in: 2-6 pm).
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10 am.
