The extravergin olive oil of the Poggiopiano Farm is produced with olives that have been harvested inside the farm. At harvest time, when the colour turns from green into violaceous, the olives are stripped off by hand that means that they are picked directly from the plant and put into small cages, as to respect totally the integrity of the fruit. In this way the olives arrive fresh and sound to the oil-mill. This is an essential condition to be able to have an oil with a fruity scent and the characteristic olive flavour. The extravergin oil of the Poggiopiano Farm is just a real " Olive Juice ". No preservatives or antioxidatives have been added, it's an absolutely natural product. It's been selected by the Chamber of Commerce of Florence to represent Tuscany during major international events. The oil of the Poggiopiano Farm has qualified second place in the medium fruity category at the National Competition of the Extravergin Olive Oils, organized by the Italian Chambers of Commerce.

White Tuscan The White at geographic indication of Typical, by the fine and pleasant flavour but at the same time with a good body. Chianti: from Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Cabernet vineyards. The selection of the grapes and the wine-making are followed with the most care in every little detail as to obtain a soft but bodied wine and an intensity that distinguish it even when combined with binding dishes with which it's most recommended after a two years refinement in bottle. Poggio all'Uccellare: a Tuscanian red wine which is distinguished for its intensity of the taste and the flavours. It's produced from advanced ripening grapes that confers on this wine a warm and well balanced taste, a high softness and an extract which put him among the wines that can profit of a prolongued refinement in bottle with the development of the flavours given by selected oak kegs Mauro Galardi, sommelier, takes care personally of the production in respect of the traditions, a guarantee of the quality of the product.

It's a distilled from dregs of pressed grapes of our Chianti, from which grapes you can find the same flavours into a product of a delicate and soft taste.
