Since 1971 the quality of Poggio al Chiuso Chianti has always been genuine and has been produced with constant respect for tradition. It delighfully accompaines first courses, barbecues and cold meals. It is served at a temperature of 16\18 c.

Le Cappelle is made from the grapes of Sangiovese (70%) and Cabernet (30%) and is produced according to the traditional methods whereby it is contained for ten months in small casks. The perfect accompaniment for second course meat dishes or salami and other cold meats or seasoned cheeses. It is served at temperature of around 18 c.

Obtained from accurately selected dregs from pressed grapes. Poggio al chiuso Grappa distinguishes itself by its intense bouquet and its delicate taste. Perfect as an after-dinner drink.

Our oil is made only exclusively from the olive trees in our farmland. The olives are harvested between November and Dicember. The olives are pressed "a freddo" (no artificial heating is used for the process). This guarantees its fragrance and unique taste at an extremely low level of acidity.
