The Farmhouse Torre Bianca is located in an old tower villa of 1402, which has also been owned by the family Meucci. The present owners have been attending to it since 1969. It has been restored during the last ten years and it is a model farm with modern technical concepts, which makes use of natural biological products in respect with the environment and the nature as to obtain a high quality oil. Marco Mugelli, a well-known expert and scholar of this field, who leads it with love and passionated work, has a philosophy for the ground: reconnect to the old agronomical theories.
