Your card will not be charged before your stay, we will perform just a check of validity
From the moment of your reservation, confirmed with our voucher, if the guest communicates the failure to arrive within 40 days before the stayng, will not be applied any cancellation fee.
If the guest communicates the failure to arrive between 40-15 days before the stayng, a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire amount will be applied. If the guest communicates the failure to arrive within 15 days and before 3 days the stayng, a cancellation fee of 70% will be applied, within 3 days the cancellation fee will be of 90%. If the guest fails to arrive, and does not communicate the failure to arrive, a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire amount will be applied.
