Gas for heating,hot water and cooking according to amount consumed. Additional baby bed EUR 25,00 per week. Dog EUR 15,00per week.

PAYMENT METHODS
On reservation An advance equal to 30% of the total rental must be paid on reservation(by postal order, banking wire transfer) Should the client cancel the reservation, such advance will be refunded until 3 months before the beginning of the occupation. After that period it will be refunded with a deduction of EUR 25,00 only in the event that a replacement by another guest takes place. On arrival: Balance of rental and caution money (EUR 150,00) all in cash.
