SERVICES INCLUDED
Bed and bathroom linen changed weekly.
Electricity, water, gas.
Use of the reading room .
Use of the private swimming pool (open from mid-May to mid-Oct.), towels and warm shower at poolside.
Covered parking place.
Umbrella, deck chairs and table for pool and garden.
Daily newspaper of choice delivered to apartment door early in the morning.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
Final apartment cleaning € 50 (€ 30 for stays of three days or less), or cleaning daily or three times per week € 10 per hour.
Wood heating based on consumption.

PAYMENT METHODS
On reservation:
30% of deposit by bank transfer.
On arrival:
Security deposit € 100,00.
Balance of payment by:
Cash, Bancomat, Credit Cards, Travel Cheque. Checks are not accepted.
Credit cards accepted:
Carta SI, Visa, Mastercard.
